RecurSpark Privacy Policy

RecurSpark is a Shopify app that helps merchants configure recurring purchase and Subscribe & Save selling plans. RecurSpark stores merchant configuration needed to operate the app and does not intentionally persist customer personal data.

Information processed

Shopify store domain and OAuth/session information needed to operate the app.
Merchant-selected product identifiers, product titles, delivery frequency, discount settings, and selling-plan identifiers.

How information is used

This information is used to create and manage Shopify selling plans, display merchant configuration, provide app support, and secure the merchant session. We do not sell merchant or customer personal information.

Shopify privacy requests

RecurSpark implements Shopify privacy-compliance webhooks. Because RecurSpark does not intentionally store customer personal data, customer data requests return no RecurSpark customer records and customer-redaction requests require no customer-record deletion. Shop-redaction and uninstall events delete shop-owned RecurSpark configuration and sessions.

Retention and security

Merchant configuration is retained while needed to provide the service and is removed when required by Shopify privacy events. Access is restricted to authenticated merchants and the app service infrastructure.
